Actually as with most classic craft requiring restoration it was a pile of poo well past its sink by date and only a total gullable mug would have wasted a farthings worth of time and effort of it.
The thieves have done me a right favour by swiping the pile of junk ,saving me sleepness nights worrying about being banged to rights for casting it adrift or dumping it one dark night.
On the other hand a smear of varnish here and rope fender there along with "Blue" on the stern ,it would probably have sold for a fortune up on the Thames judging by some of the woodwormy boats up there.:)
Ps.All it really needed was a gallon of diesel poured into to bilges to get that olde boat smell in order to secure a ridiculous price .
Any buyers ?

Cheap jibe...are you flogging your real boat, we could do with a water feature for our Car-park...:p

Am always open to offers...£500K might do the trick :):):)

Been having a look at BCC website...No visit down to the Mudway this year ?

Sadly not Fred.

Only six boats went last year, and the Tall Ships race is on in London later in the year, so the Committee decided to go there instead, and offer up the Medway next year, when hopefully more boats will join in!

Hopefully we'll see you at some point though mate! :D
