just purchased a 29ft Oyster catcher from a gentleman in swanage. Is has a small electrical system on board constisting of odyssey engine battery and Domestic 115ah. i notice there's a smartgauge battery monitor which after doing some research i found out it was produced by company called Merlin equipment .Has anyone dealt them them before ?

Yes well recommended - they are in Poole not far from Holes Bay. The gear they sell if proper marine grade and they know what they are talking about so advice is plenty.

After speaking to Merlin as my smart gauge was showing a error code they helped out with the issue and now all is fine. i will be buying anything else i require from them in the near future as they seems to have a wide selection of marine grade equipment on the website
