Some advice needed

Can any of you guys help with advice. A friend of mine has two V6 Air cooled VM twin Turbo diesel's engines 200HP RPM 2,200 good condition been used only as back up for air con plant. He wants them gone not a lot of pennies
My question is where would he sell them,Marine or Other.I have been told some fishing boats may have them in.

I have only seen straight 5 or 6 cylinder VM in a marine versions

It's hard enough to cool by water with a boat and theres loads of that.

Cooling by air seems just about imposible, less they place the engine on the deck!!

We once took a Poclain 250B in part exchange, it had a V10 Deutz, as it came off the low loader it gave up rather dramatically, it had been gobbed up to get rid, it cost a fortune to put right
