Solimar wheel nut stuck

My wheel nut is stuck - haven't taken the wheel off for about 7 years. I think I need to hit the winch handle after penetrating oil.

But is it right or left hand thread? I can't remember.

It is the bog standard Solimar 607.

Why would it be a left hand thread?

Mines a standard right hand thread
