Hi
I now have 2 x 50W solar panels, and would like to mount them above my Bimini. I have some lenghts of 25mm Stainless tubeing which I plan to attach to the bimini frame.
I quite like this idea :

but where can I get those little white plastic mounts with a 25mm hole to attach to the panels ?

Thanks

I'm sure they are very good but at £20 each they are a long way from being a bargain. I would have needed at least eight of them, maybe ten. I had five straps welded locally, I made the collars from a short length of tube bought on Ebay, with tapped holes for grub screws to attach to the 25 mm tubing. Cost me £40 in total.

They were cheaper when I bought them :encouragement:.

What's handy is that they are a friction mount so you can angle the panels (they have arrestors for windy days). Also, it's a quick job to open the mounts and drop the panel out if needs be.

I only need two and they've been on since 1996 - so value for money in my case.
