I have been trolling through ebay and seen mono panels advertised very reasonably. Looking at the price difference from them to the UK ones advertised are they ok?
Has any one purchaced and installed these panels from china and hong kong?

I got two 20w panels off ebay for £150, for both, including postage.

They are smaller than most of the plastic things that the chandlers flog for £250 each too.

Got them mounted to my pushpit, and I must say that when the sun is out, they work well, but, as to be expected, I get nothing when it's cloudy. In that case, the Rutland offers a trickle charge... unless there's no wind, in which case, I switch everything off /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Why not get some good quality ones with a warranty that is good? That is why I got Kyocera. The cheapest people I could find at the time were http://www.aireandsun.co.uk/index.php?category=Kyocera%20Polycrystalline%20Panels .
