solar panel mount

I need to source plastic friction fittings that clamp around s/s tube and bolt onto the underside of s /panel to enable panel to be adjusted. Bought a couple in the States last year - can't remember what they were called and have not been able to find them here. Can anyone help please?

They are possibly the ones we import as the rail mount bracket for the Metz antenna. They are used in the US for attaching anything to boat rail, including solar panels. You can get them in 1" or 7/8". See:
