Okay, I’m mildly annoyed, miffed even, one might say. Been here since Wednesday night and it has not stopped blowing since our arrival. Easterly F4 or better and as Beaulieu-sur-Mer faces east we get a nasty chop in our bay. So not to be put off I have had a festival of cleaning.

So the forecast from this afternoon is F6-8 (Sirocco) and red rain. The red rain is dust from the Sahara mixed with rain and takes no prisoners.

I really don’t want to hear about the once in a lifetime Easter happening in the UK anymore.

Rant over- I need to polish something.

Dull and a bit rainy here in the Pyrenees foothills West of Perpignan ... given that we've only had two days rain since November we're not too bothered! Forecast 25 degrees for the weekend.

You think that’s bad? Spare a thought for me:( I was supposed to boat to Menton today, now I have to go by car and stay in a hotel:disgust: what’s worse is that in a few days the forecast there will be perfect :(

Well you wouldn't have much boating W of Perpignan anyhow, I guess! :D
We live South West of Perpignan about half an hour just outside a little village called Arles-sur-Tech a few miles up the Vallespir. Keep the boat at Port St.Cyprien which is actually South East of Perpignan a few miles. Lovely quiet area for boating and a beautiful coastline all the way round to Roses in Spain.

We came back from SoF yesterday, from Tuesday the weather has been very blowy! We manadged to get out last weekend, and Monday, but that's all. Having said that, last Easter was really bad! Roll on half term...
