I dont suppose it drove to the lift bay !! it amazes me that people let expesive boats to get like that .It can't be a very old boat?

Looks like they have their fur coats on for winter, gather from that picture that the boat has not run it's engines or moved in quite a while.

Where do you keep the boat? At a guess I would say in warm waters like the Med?
Mine looks similar to that every 3-5 months! Kept in Sant Carles MDL marina in Spain.
We actually get a free lift and power wash once a year because of the excessive growth.

It's not my boat, I found the pic online but I believe the boat was in Scotland.
