Snazi 46 on BBC News

JohnG's was sold by Solent motor yachts.

We're still weighing up options. A tri cab 46 is still pretty high on the list, as is a tri cab 42. Quite a few other boats of interest but it's making a decision on location/use that going to be the decider. And price of course :)

'Houston', the Azimut is now sitting happily in her berth at Shamrock Quay. I collected her today. :encouragement: Nearly finished, but some minor details to sort. She's looking good and drives very nicely, with a great exhaust tone.

Roger - got any pics you can share?

now did we see you going up river in a targa 40 and back out on your nex 46 yesterday?

the 46 looks huge on the water! very nice!

also say the Squadron 42 on the fuel berth. really nice looking boat, i commented to spottydog that it would make an ideal tender to his current tender to his current main boat.

Hi Z1ppy,
Yes that was me also meandering down the Hamble too, it was quite windy and the bow was blowing about at 5 knots. :o The steering had just been topped up and bled and felt very woolly. Although, I'm not sure if that was mostly the nut behind the wheel, I have been on outdrives for the past six years.

It does feel quite big in comparison though, especially berthing her for the first time yesterday. Mind you, she did behave exactly how it says on the tin. The offshore puff at the fuel pontoon Port Hamble was actually more tricky.:(

Hi JonMend,
I thought that was you, nice to have been out after Saturday eh? and crikey, the SQ42 did look a lot bigger on the water than I would have thought.

Sorry Peter, no pictures yet, watch this space, when I get a few things sorted, I'll put some up, promise!:D

Rafiki, thank you for your kind words. Appreciated.:)

Roger
