Try IBS (Inflatable Boat Supplies) they sell the pads as a single item

Snap Davit pads are stupidly expensive (c. £200 including the pads). Even the IBX ones around £140 for a set. Occasionally you get a pair advertised on eBay but even these go for well over £100.
