Small one-off stainless weld/fab Chichester area?

I would like to repair and modify a bow-roller that fits my boat very well and can't otherwise be replaced.

Can anybody recommend somebody who would take on that sort of one-off job? It will involve cutting new cheeks from 3--4mm sheet and welding them to a baseplate, and welding new fairleads onto the baseplate either from thick bar or as bought-in.
