Small Boat Transport

I would like to move a 19' vessel from the South Coast (Solent area) up to the Thames, at Oxford.
It would need someone with a trailer or lorry who could lift on and off.
I did have someone do a similar job for me some years ago but have lost their details.
Does anyone know of anybody who offers this service?
