Small Boat Magazine

Hi, I am trying to locate a magazine from around the 1960s called Small Boat.
The copy or coppies that I am trying to locate make referance to a plywood yacht called a ''Hornblower'', designed by P.W.Blandford.
Would anybody know of any coppies of this magazine, and in particular the ''Hornblower'' article?

The British Library or National Library of Scotland will have copies of this magazine. You would need to go to the Library in person to search for the article if you don't know what issue it was in.
