Another boat accidentally bumped into mine at the marina yesterday. There is a small dent and two gouges in the Awlgrip finish. Can anyone recommend someone in the Brighton area to look at it and give me a quote for repairing it?

I originally had it painted in Holland which is probably a bit far for a quote for what might turn out to be a small touch-up job!

Thanks in advance.

I've always found Holland great for a touch-up job /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

There is no place for that kind of response here ... Ask Nigel?

"Small accident", awlgrip" touch up" in Holland ? Do you want a new script for "Carry on Boating" We need to help adriamn here, not cast inuendoes. Actually a touch up in Brighton should,nt be a problem I,m told

Seriously though.

I imagine the worskshops in the marinea could be pricey - I'd place a call to Lady Bee marina/Shoreham (few hours west by sail) and the Sussex Yacht Club might be able to provide some recommendations.
