What is a good lubricant to use on the likes of sheet or companionway hatch sliders? Something that won't run and streak when it gets wet.

Best lube for any job on a yacht is 100% silicone but make sure its 100%. We use it on our sail tracks and doors and only apply once a year. Doors close nicely and the sails go up and down like a rocket. It leaves no marks or stains on either material or grp or wood. What is a good lubricant to use on the likes of sheet or companionway hatch sliders?
