I bet my lettuce is crispy than yours & there are no "miss" puddles round the heads after a rough passage.
Ask Alex Thomson what he uses his carbon fibre bucket for & why he only needs one. In fact ask the whole Figaro fleet
Actually, perhaps we should ask some of the small boat sailors what they do with their bucket- & how many they have on board. I know of a well known east coast sailor who has had just the one aboard his 17 ft gaffer for years. His boat was owned by an east coast sailor who is said sailed 90,000 miles in the boat. Must have overlapped afew times

PS small bowls are readily available. They’re very handy for all sorts of things. Including used as a tray to carry hot drinks around in.

But being on my own, I would only need one hot drink at a time, so why put it in a bowl?

I take the crockery out first & I make sure the dish cloth does not fall in any more
Plus I also take the plug out, so once I tack it all disappears
I am not b..y crude. I do have some class. ?
