Re: No, no no!

Please pay attention! <s> This has been gone over at least 300 times in living memory on the forums. This is not Part 1 registry!

It's an international database (called Mars) which lists call signs and registration details of boats that have marine vhf licences. They can be part I, SSR, or not even on any boat registry at all. They just have a marine VHF licence. Boats registered in UK, have a code G against them.

Nope. Too busy throwing toys out of Pram! <G>

Lots of peeps read this forum, and take information in. It's really silly to keep repeating old myths which we've tried to debunk over and over again. And then regulars who should know better, start the same myth again! <Grrr>

Come down off that horse you sound like a f*****g head master, .....

I have woken the oracle from his slumber and he is not pleased, I am not worthy and should be struck down, or at least banished from this land.

Myth's, hmm a few of those about. I like tthe one about diesels being a better marine engine than petrols.

Suncoast, now listen up boy. You've not done your homework again! Go look at the British ships registery. I'm not giving you all the answers.....go look it up!

But and just to save me hours, can you tell me where to find Boat Names registered or otherwise on the web? I promise I won't tell Sun Coast, honestly Sir.
