Single control lever - manufacturer identification

Hi Formites,

another query for your expertise!

The attached is off a Westerly Corsair Mk1 late 86, mounted to an Edson wheel pedestal, which has jammed in forward gear

Does anyone know the lever manufacturer, &/or a direct replacement, as the silver part which may have had a name on it originally, has disappeared with time?

The inside will be a standard morse type, but the casing etc is made by Edson (as it says on it). There are many different manufacturers of this type of control but they differ mainly in the casing and the mounting. Common makes are Teleflex, Vetus, Lewmar, Volvo.

Have you tried the Edson on line store or the UK agent Diverse Yachts on the Hamble?

It's a TX unit now distributed by teleflex
Also badged as Volvo Bukh and many others
