Anyone live out here in Singapore that's into boating (with motors!)?? I've just moved out here, having sold my boat in the UK, am now looking to get into boats out here, but I have heard horror stories about what's involved - rules, regs, costs, etc. and as usual unless you know where to go for information, it's difficult to find!
Anyone with any first hand advice? Would be greatly appreciated.
