Simrad Equipment Available

Last year I upgraded the equipment on my vessel to RayMarine and took off the Simrad equipment listed below. The equipment was later offered to a local boat-operating charity but after consideration they don't want it for their own vessel and don't feel able to sell it without any warranty. This may be true of all charities, so it is now offered (without warranty!) to anyone who can use it, otherwise it will be recycled. It was all working when it was taken off the boat and is believed to have been installed new in 2005 when the boat was built.

There are also wires and connectors and I was assured by the engineer who took the equipment from my old boat (and installed the Raymarine replacement items) that everything is there, but again - no warranty.

I wouldn’t give it away. Lots of people buy secondhand marine electronics (including me) and fully understand there are no warranties. Sell them individually too. There are lots of people trying to keep older systems going who cannot afford to gut everything and start again.
