Simrad Chart plotter

Good morning all.

anyone know how to delete account details in a Simrad Go12 chart plotter. I have sold my boat and forgot to remove my settings from the plotter. Thanks.

GO models : With the power off, press and hold the Power 'key' until double beep is heard – approx. 10 seconds.

The prompt to select language confirms a reset. The unit is returned to factory settings and all user data is deleted.

If the MFD is powered by the Yellow wire (turns on with the breaker) then the above button presses for a hard reset mys be applied from the time the power is applied.
