Help!
in the process of restoring Thunderbolt the 25 Bruce Campbell Christina many unsolvable items pop up! the latest is finding seals for the original but useable seacocks made by SL, 1 LARGE OUTLET AND ONE SMALL INLET both conical valves.
both used in conjuntion with the China SL head...does anyone out there have any info, original/compatable seals or know someone who can help.
I would be forever obliged.

Are you sure they have seals? Most conical type valves such as Blakes and Rowe (who I think made the SL ones) seal by the fit between the cone and the body. You lap them in with grinding paste to get a good face to face fit and then pack with waterproof grease. Never leak if properly done. A photo would help.
