Sikkens Cetol Marine

Having thought about this for some time, discussed people in the marinas been to recently etc, I've decided to have a try of the Sikkens Cetol Marine "Light". Just rang up the Marinestore at Maldon to get some on my way down to the boat, and they said "I don't know if you've heard sir, but this is going out of production". Anybody else heard this?

And I thought I couldn't panic any more!!

(Am stripping down 25-year-old woodwork and applying this excellent stuff and I do NOT want to change horses in midstream.)

My friendly local chandler (Hardway Marine, Gosport) hasn't heard the rumour BUT sez there's no smoke without fire in such cases. Anyway, Sikkens are owned by International, so are they going to withdraw the product or simply change the label? I wait to hear.

Must dash - need more Nitromors and sanding discs.
