Does sikaflex seal & cure under water, & will it stick to both plastic & concrete (not for boat use I hasten to add)

Not sure about Sikaflex but I think CT1 does. Have a google around for CT1

Have seen demonstrations of CT1 bonding to both (done by a CT1 rep)

FWIW Sikaflex 221 is the non-marine adhesive sealant equivalnet to Sikaflex 291 and Sikaflex 252 is the equivalnet of the structural adhesive Sikaflex 292

These should be available from good builders merchants. They all, 291,221,292 and 252 require the surfaces to be dry

I dont know where to obtain CT1 but Stixall, from Toolstation, is a similar hybrid copolymer and can be applied to wet surfaces.

Puraflex 40, also from Toolstation, is a similar polyurethane adhesive sealant to Sikaflex 221


Both Stixall and PU40 are made by Everbuild which is part of the Sika group

CT1 is available in all branches of CEF (City Electrical Factors) amongst other places
