Side Power IPC Error

Good morning,

Has anyone got any experience with the “Side Power” brand?
I have a error flashing up every time I try and use the Stern Thruster

“PPC 800 Stern
IPC error”

The batteries were replaced last month and they are showing as being fully charged.
Bow thruster is fully operational.

Any help would be appreciated, not much info on google

PPC 800 Stern IPC Error usually means supply voltage fault or no communication with the Stern Thruster. I would start by checking all connections are tight in case something has been pulled out or dislodged.
