The two Sidmouth mannequins which raise funds for the only independent lifeboat in Devon have been given the all clear to stay put by the full East Devon DC. This permanent decision follows an intermediate one a month or so ago made by a council committee .
The council was forced to review its street collections policy following a complaint from a local resident.
