What is with the no entry up the middle pontoon ramps at SIBS?

I needed a wee when I was down on the pontoons at the southern end. Walk back to the ramp I came down and they make you walk all the way around to the northern end and then up past the Sunseeker before you can double back to the loos.

Advice: have a wee before you go on to the pontoons!
 
Sunseeker have very wisely put "Please Do Not Use" stickers on their toilets, just in case any desperate showgoers get the wrong idea...
 
There has always been a 1 way system going onto and off the pontoon for the great unwashed such as you and I.

Exhibitors are free to come and go as they please.

There was a rather upset gentleman saying the very same thing on saturday! i thought there were 2 "out" ramps from the marina before but maybe not.

Several of the exhibitors i spoke to were complaing about the way the sunseeker stand was set up in effect directing all the traffic away from the mayflower park corner as you come off the ramp. it did seem very quiet and looking at the flow of people, most went up the ramp, right through the SS stand and back into the other area.

Adopt the French approach and just take a wee off the pontoon.... :D
