I'm wondering if anyone out there may have a copy of the operations manual that I can have?

I have contacted Si-Tex and they cannot help.

Can anyone assist?

Suggest you try newsgroups rec.boats.cruising and rec.boats.electronics, the former is VERY USA and the latter pretty transatlantic. I think you'd get more response for questions on a US brand on a US forum.

I thought I had already responded to your post, but as nothing has appeared I'll repeat.

I suggest you post your request on a newsgroup. Either rec.boats. electronics which is quite transatlantic, or rec.boats.cruising which is almost 100% U.S.

Si-Tex brand some overseas products, so if you fail you might see if there is any manufacturers identification on the case somewhere and try going to source.
