Has anybody else discovered that their berth has become smaller over the winter. I went out today for the first proper sail of the season, and I'm sure MDL have moved the rows of pontoons closer together over the winter. There definately seemed less room to turn my boat between rows C and D. My normally slick reverse out felt fraught, not helped by all the MOBOs sitting there watching, with no clothes on trying to get a tan. It's March for Gods sake!
Anyway, we had a lovely sail out to Berry Head and back, with the boat showing a lovely turn of speed despite having a mucky bottom. The sun was shining, we had 15-20knots of wind, my little girl took to sleeping in the sea berth really well and life was generally great. It's ust a shame we had to rush back for my wife to go to work.
Here's to a great season.
