Shower mixer replacement

My boat has shower mixers in both heads as shown below. The mixer units need replacement. Exact same type is not required, just mixers with three connections underneath, for hot and cold water in, and mixed water out. Does anyone know a source of these?

Thanks to all. I have one like the caravan shower on r-bay, but using it would leave an unused hole in the top of the vanity unit. The everythingboat one may be OK assuming it delivers water through the threaded clamp fitting and has appropriate adapters. I will enquire. I had looked at the penguin site and found three possibilities, but none of them are listed in the pricelist.

I am ordering two of the ones from everythingboat.co once I can get it done from the UK. If I try to buy with PayPal from here in Turkey the end result is just a blocked PayPal account.
