Should SWMBO get traded in ?

If that is the middle weekend of the cruise, we will be somewhere around Ouistreham/Caan area, with its direct ferry to Portsmouth. Might just be able to fit them both in.

No Voodoo dolls that I've seen. Having said that I've been geting this pain in the neck since mentioning the cruise !

SWMBO needs her hobby as I'm away a lot. She just needs to not let it take priority when I'm home. S'pose that sounds a bit me, me ,me. Thing is she has 1/2 the year to play with her mates while I'm away.

Be warned, this means that she can do something about and is now in the position of keeping you on your toes until she tells you her decision.

Furthermore she is no doubt considering what she'll want in return for being so accomodating.
 
My marital advice would be now to actively encourage her to come back for D day and she will make her own decision to postpone. That way, she will see you as the kind and considerate hubbie you are, you will get brownie points and you won't be blamed for her missing the day. Job done
 
This Brownie point thing - its not the same as Tesco reward cards or anything like that because all the Brownie points accunulated for years can just go in a flash when you do something wrong .... my advice is to use brownie points as fast as you can before they lose their value.

The other way around we do not even have a point system do we? The very fact that we have to think of Brownie point awards means they are in control
 
Absolutely correct, brownie points have an extremely short shelf life and have to be cashed in within days to avoid perishing
I'm very surprised you have to ask who's in control because there's only one answer to that and its not us
 
Better use of time is how I'd put it Mike! Much more fun...............

What's even better is that she loves the boat unlike the previous model, so much so that she has now bought a RIB. The fact she also lives about a minutes walk from the Exe also helps!
