I removed an Icom IC-M700UK and an SG 230 Smartuner from my boat that had been used by the previous owner for an Atlantic crossing, but know nothing about them. Is this dark age tech or are they still used?

I was considering ebay but reluctant due to not knowing how to test it.

Looks like it was discontinued last century, not this, so it's over 20 years old.

Yes, marine HF is still used, but not my many people.

Put it on eBay starting at £1, scheduled to finish on a Sunday night (or Bank Holiday Monday) and ensuring the postage won't leave you short.
