Short notice crewing

Hi all
I am looking to advance from Day skipper to coastal skipper but currently only have approx 500nm and require many more.
Im based in the north west but travel is not a problem, 38 years young, company director,willing and keen to help but definatley NOT a Gary Rhodes
I am available a fairly short notice if that is of use

Would you be available for 3 weeks? I have a 42ft catamaran, based in Southampton, I want to take her down to Madeira, and then to Lanzarote in the Canaries. I have one good crew lined up, maybe two, but need three. Dates would be second half of September into early October.
