We need to be able to connect a US specification boat with a 50 amp 250/125 volt male socket led into an isolation transformer. We would like to be able to connect the boat to a European shore power outlet. Is there an adapter that would allow this or a cable with a 50 amp 250/125 female plug on one end and a 32 amp 220 volt on the other (or whatever).

Very confusing as to why you have an isolation transformer. Could you mean a step down transformer from 250 volt to 115volt? If it is an isolation transformer ie 250 in 250 out or 115 in 115 out then you could remove it and use a 250 to 115 v transformer that is also an isolation type. They usually are not isolated but convert the 250 to 115 while maintaining a connection ie not isolated. The thing is that the curent you draw at 115 volt can be halved at 250 volt. This is fortunate because many European marinas I understand have a limited current supply capability. You could still use it but may have to not use electric heaters or large battery charger so that current falls within local capability.
It sounds like you need a cable which has suitable plug to connect to the marina on one end and a plug to suit your boat on the other end with if necessary the transformer connected in the cable. You may have to make one up or get one made by an electrician if you don't feel competent. It's easy but you need to get it right. good luck will.

Most marinas will have a 15 amp 240V supply .....

Pre-wired Cables sockets / plugs are widely available in camping / Caravan shops - the problem will be to match the US socket or connection to the Euro lead ....
