shipping forcast on DAB ?

I brought a roberts ( it has 12v dc input ) dab to keep on the boat expecting to get a nice crisp reception of the shipping forcast ? huh
the shipping forcast should be on dab as well especially as I just spent out £60 on a bit of kit
Any way there's a survey about what we think of dab so
here's our chance to get it on DAB

Rad 4 LW shipping forecast is not herd on rad 4 DAB ????????

How far offshore can you receive quality DAB ?

Does local interference found in harbours affect the DAB reception as it does the LW ?

I currently have the Roberts LW cassette recorder that automatically records the shipping forecast and hence my compulsory passage plan is completed.

dab works fine in wells and clear off shore four miles lol so far
