Ship at Levington

Is the Ship at Levington any good this year for food?

Summer cruise starting on Thursday so would be nice to have good meal out in the evening.

Was disappointed with the food I had at the Lightship at SYH earlier in the year (maybe better now as it's more into the season?).

Don't want to travel any further - so it's Ship/Lightship or eat on board.

Recent experiences appreciated.

Haven't been back to the Ship since it re-opened.
Hope it is still dog friendly.

We have enjoyed an evening meal on several occasions recently - good choice and tasty. Beer is great - Adnams choice. However the boon is full English on a Sunday morning - bacon/sausage/tomato/beans/black pud/mushrooms/potato/toast/fresh orange/pot of tea - superb! All seems to be going well.
