Shhh. its oh so quiet

Just started wondering why during office hours there is loads of activity but come weekend its oh so quiet. Makes you wonder if anyone works at all during the week. And what everyone does at weekend, can't be boating (can they?) cos its p*****g down and blowing a hooligan.
