This one has had 6 owners.

Serial # 2221

Built 1972

Used to be powered by a 65hp Mercury then a 75hp Yamaha.

There was a lot (and I mean a lot) of rum drunk on this boat, over its life to date.

Anyone else own one or still does?

I cant believe that I tried to go from Holyhead to Dublin in one of those. And my radio, a WW2 Ex army "19" set from a tank. Flares ? They were wide bottomed trousers which you wore with your "Flower Power" shirt. Petrol was 4 gallons for £1. Charts, Cliff Richards and Tommy Steel at the top. Anyway we ended up being helped off LLandudno beach by the RNLI. The following day I returned from Holyhead with by boat trailer towed by my VW Beetle on "Trade Plates", anyway while on Llandudno prom loading the Suntrip on the trailer a policeman took interest in the VW, and the Trade Plates, they were the sort where every trip you had to write out a slip what you were using the Trade Plates for, and in the bit where you had to describe the passenger, ie customer, mechanic etc, I put 1 Male, White. Well thats a description isent it.
