Shetland sixareen building project

Work has recently started in the building of a 30' traditional, larch on oak, clinker sixareen in the boatshed of Shetland Museum, in Lerwick. Shetlopedia plan to show daily pics of the build as it proceeds. It is estimated the build will take three months. Pics are added daily here...
