go on down to mitchell boat yard, on sandbanks road, speak to pete in the brokerage. he'll show you where the smallest upholstery shop in the world is.

i can't remember the name, and if you don't ask you'll never find it. tell him what you want, he'll probably take your old seat and recover. you can get the bunks etc done at the same time.
