I guess you have had similar problems to me when I recently lifted the 92 pred in Palma. but in my case I had no gurgling sounds But I did close all the sea cocks from the black tank. this had the effect of blowing the pipes off two of the tiolets one in the master cabin and the other in the forward VIP.

Sh+t everyware took two days to clean the builges and re fit the pipes.

Turns out to be very common and it's now happened to me twice. my theory is as follows

The boat sits in the water with its black waste run conected to all the loos and through to the black tank or the direct to sea sea cock. then the travel lift driver lifts the boat and once a few feet of the water will usualy drop the bow down so that the props are well clear at this point all the waste in the pipes surges forward with great force an either discharges or blows the pipes off the loos forward.

Dont ask why a rough sea doesn't do the same I dont know all I do know is that as soon as boats are out of the water they do strange things.

My trick now is to fully discherge the whole system by flushing each loo about ten times of which we have six on board then either pump out the black or discharge at sea. At least if this happens again we will be dealing with relativly fresh water.

I think the same has happened to you but your sea cock was open and so you discharged some poop.
