Shepperton \"B\" Weir

Hi, Does anyone know who the project engineer was/is? I remember a Pre-Works meeting held at the Weybridge Mariners Club about 2 or 3 Novembers ago before the works started but can't recall the guy's name. Contact details would be excellent as well or a department. Thanks to anyone that can help in advance.

The current Project Manager is Richard Harding. Environment Agency National Capital Project Management Service - 01276454713. He should know who the engineer is (if it's not him!)
