After recent trip we noticed that the porthole in the forward heads had lett a little water in. On further examination looks like the brass pin that joins the opening part to the flange has sheared.
I managed to knock the small bits of pin left in the opening section out with a punch, but the much longer bit left in the flange won't budge.
I have soaked it in WD40. heated it, and it won't budge.
Can't get a regular drill to it and the flange is too well embedded to come out.
Any suggestions? For the moment we have sikaflexed it in place, so I doubt I'll ever get the thing off again, but in case I do.....
