Unacustomed as I am to gossiping I feel the urge to share this bit of news I received today from a very unreliable source.
It appears there's been something of a falling out between a couple of well known forumites regarding the Cherbourg trip. Apparantly, Nick Le Grande was taking ParaDougal along with him aboard Sun Jive but it now appears that ParaDougal has jumped ship. Now, not wanting to speculate as to the reasons behind this I'm going to guess that there's a bit of jealously going on behind the scenes, probably to do with the attentions of another forumite whom we shall call See You, aka Buggeredofwivtheumpagen, aka Comrade Jemmieski who has openly sung the praises of Nick Le Grande's derrier.
As to the plans for ParaDougal and the Cherbourg trip this is uncertain at this time but there is talk of him going to see a certain gentleman by the name of Snipper. One can only speculate as to why.
Watch this space for more over the fence gossip as I get it.

As it 'appens, I've just come off the telphone after chatting to SteveB_Sigma33 so looks like I will be joining you after all. Plan a) was scuppered by the eviction of a certain housemate /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Initially couldn't make it as was due to race this weekend across to Ostend but skipper's pulled out because of work commitments - hope there's space for me at dinner!?

Well would you believe it, I've just heard from another unamed and equally unreliable source that there's been another squable in the camp. It appears that sat'n'sun powerskipper is possibly about to be dumped by best mate ian.consent. Word on the grapevine is that ian.consent has come up with some lame excuse about a bit of a bash on Satuday night although reading between the lines it's more to do with the predicted wind direction and buying a new frock.

Personally I think there's more to this than meets the eye and phrases like ménage à trois spring to mind.
Right then, off to put the kettle on ready for another 'lean on the fence and listen to the gossip session'.
