Yet to see a sensible test or comparison. Very disappointed with boatest.com for their tests so far. Just ridiculous. Shame.

I can see the principle - and I would really like to see a decent test as well.

I really want to try one of these on my OB but would need it to be about 1/5th of the price.

Yep - until he can find a way to cast it rather than mill it out of a complete block of Alu I can't see cost coming down.

Looks ideal for a spot of 3d printing - I suspect the material wouldn't be strong or stiff enough for that to work.
