Anyone know how waterproof this type of speaker typically is? http://www.mesltd.co.uk//standard-horizon-220sw-inch-load-hailer-horn-p-10936.html
Hearing the rain start earlier this evening reminded me that I've just mounted a brand new one on the mast, and because the mast is lying down, the horn is pointed more or less upwards.
In perfect rain-catching position.
I didn't notice any drain holes, so whatever it catches will be filling it up. I know a speaker like this could be made completely submersible with a plastic membrane, but does anybody happen to know if this one is?
Wish I'd thought to put a bag over it...
Cheers,
Pete
