Seychelles: when is the season?

Google says:-
The Seychelles can be affected by tropical cyclones, which form to the south of the Equator in the period November to mid-May, and more frequently from late December to mid-April.

Another tip might be of interest, the opencpn climatology plugin gives cyclone & average wind (and some current) data >>

This very good stuff and well done Greeny and GHA for excellent googling. I suppose a bit irrelevant now when you can charter a boat because the boat manufacturers and airlines will likely all go broke - they relied on spirit of adventure, freedom to do what you liked, which is kinda stifled, crushed and eliminated with "Quick, hide in the cave!" instructions and enforcement. However, if you had your own boat (which is the only way to get there for a while, maybe a very LONG while) then like the World ARC and others you wd be plodding through the Indian ocean in September ready for hopefull-not-too-wild time around Cape in October.

Still doing that 'it's just the flu' line then...
