Now I know Google is pretty good but when I tried to find sites to put free ads up for my boat it was not easy. I tried the YBW selling site and got so frustrated with it being incredibly slow and not accepting my registration I gave up, not that I even got far enough to know whether I could place and ad!! (note Mr Moderator)
The previous post about bad adverts helped but could you peeps help me out with a few good suggestions? Otherwise I might have to give a broker extortionate commision.

I already told you, as it's you there will be no extortion involved. Now stop fishing and drinking rum and email me the specs and I'll run an ad for you on my site.....already have some tentative interest......

I sold my last boat on 'Boatsandoutboards.co.uk' Sold within three weeks. I put a fairly comprehensive ad in and if anyone was interested I sent them a CD with lots of photos and a comprehensive inventory list and updates and mods. done in my ownership. I did get a couple of scams with people offering more money without viewing etc etc but ignore these and I was pleased with the result.

I vote for boatsandoutboards too. I've bought and sold a few boats in there, as well as a couple of engines.
