Since we're not to go out much, nor should we be buying up all that's left in the shops, we've decided to go into our ocean voyage routine: I get to eat only what the Bosun determines are the stores to be used that day (she prides herself on that, and indeed has worked as a bosun, so is rather good at it). Having to have only the one coffee in the morning and a small beer once a day will be good for my liver. So, since I always end voyages healthier and slimmer than on departure, this cloud may have a silver lining.

Anyone else doing the same?

As of today we are in enforced isolation in Tyrell Bay, Carriacou. About 170 yachts here all now confined to their boats. Well sort of. We can go for a swim, snorkel, cruise to other bays and anchorages but cant go ashore. If we need supplies we can request them by VHF and they will be delivered to a pontoon at the marina for us to collect. We havent been advised how long we are to be quarantined but it doesnt matter how long you have been here, we are all under the same orders. We will get plenty of jobs done?

I've been down on my boat for the last ten days or so. Came down for a couple or three days to do some jobs before it goes back on its mooring at the end of the month, then the virus thing started escalating so I stayed. I'm on the wharf pontoon and hooked up to mains so fan heaters are keeping me snug, I put a tv on board last year so it's home from home :)

Why did they do that? Have you arrived from somewhere else? Did they think some people were there without clearing in? I was discussing it today. Is Grenada black listed for travel from? Visitors from the French islands are apparently not accepted and no quarantine. It's getting very constraining.
